Staying up-to-date with the latest drivers available for your graphics card is needed for a smooth and optimal virtual reality (VR) experience. Download and install the latest graphics card drivers (64-bit drivers are required).

The easiest way to update your drivers is through the NVIDIA Ge Force Experience.

Click here to download the Ge Force Experience, if you haven't already.

This is NVIDIA's own software designed to help you with driver updates.

Please allow a few minutes for your computer to download and install the newest drivers available for your graphics card.

Still having issues after updating my drivers: If you updated your drivers and the issue persists, manually download the drivers that support Rift. Right click on your desktop and select AMD Radeon Settings.

(If you do not see AMD Radeon Settings, select AMD Catalyst Control Center).

On Windows 8.1, I tried to install the latest Synaptics Touchpad Driver v17.0.19 and it failed for some unknown reasons.

Turns out it's problem with Synaptics, not Windows.
